Read this article I found on Newsday.com:
A 34-year-old Wal-Mart worker died Friday morning after "a throng of shoppers . . . physically broke down the doors" and knocked him to the ground as the crowd pushed its way into the store at a Valley Stream mall, Nassau police said.
One police officer told Newsday the prelude to the death was "a mob scene." The man who died was a temporary, part-time Wal-Mart worker, the officer said.
Shoppers who surged into the store were asked to leave by Wal-Mart workers, some of them crying and visibly upset, said one shopper, Kimberly Cribbs of Far Rockaway.
Though rumors circulated among the shoppers that someone had been badly injured, people ignored the Wal-Mart workers' requests that they stop shopping, move to the front of the store and exit, Cribbs said.
"They kept shopping. It's not right. They're savages," Cribbs said.
She said she entered the store after the worker was already being attended to by emergency personnel. As people waited, then pushed into the store, she said, "It was chaos."
Another shopper said people were screaming and shoving in line before the opening.
The worker was knocked down at 5:03 a.m. at the Green Acres Mall store, and was taken to a hospital, where he was pronounced dead at 6:03 a.m.
As of Friday morning the cause of death was described as "undetermined," police said. An exact cause of death will be determined by the county medical examiner's office, police said. The man's name was not immediately made public by the police, and the store was closed.
Police are reviewing the security tapes from the store entrance.
Four other Wal-Mart shoppers at the Valley Stream store were taken to hospitals Friday morning. A 28-year-old pregnant woman was taken to a hospital for observation, and three other shoppers suffered minor injuries and were taken to hospitals for treatment.
Dan Fogelman, spokesman at Wal-Mart corporate headquarters in Bentonville, Ark., said Friday, "The safety and security of our customers and associates are our top priority."
Fogelman called the death "a tragic situation" and said the company was cooperating fully with the Nassau County police investigation. He declined to comment on whether the company would review its practice of heavily-discounted holiday sales events, or whether the company was reviewing its crowd control measures at such sales.
He said company management were saddened by the death of the worker and the injuries to customers, adding, "Our thoughts and prayers are with them at this difficult time."
The Nassau Police Fifth Squad is investigating.
I almost feel sick by how careless people can be. Just shows how Americans are so selfish trampling over strangers to save a few bucks during the holidays. Yes we understand times are tough and sacrifices are being made but to be so impatient and savage to get what you want is beyond me. I hope all those people there at that Wal Mart at 5:03 AM feel guilty for how they acted, but knowing this country's attitude they are are going to point the finger some were else. Wal Mart will end up being blamed and possibly sued for having "such great deals". "It's not our fault, Wal Mart should not have their prices so low and such limited quanities", I bet is what we will be hearing from those selfish penny pinchers in the papers later this week.
Here is a thought why don't all the pathetic shoppers man up and take responsibility for their actions. Even small children all trying to head to recess have the patience to line up and wait to be excused. I bet no one even stopped to help him either just kept running with the money in their hands and minds on them selves. Even when they were asked to leave they refused, how in the world can someone be that idiotic. I hope that everyone there in the first 15 min of trampling is fined or charged for man saluter or even a hit and run! Patience is a virtue and I believe that is a lesson they could learn in jail.
I feel so upset for that mans family and even worse it makes me so disappointed in mankind. I can't even think of anything else to say. I will be reading up on what the outcome of this tragic ordeal hoping that there is some humility left in the hearts of people. Sorry for being to harsh but this is very upsetting.

Vick's Vapor Rub Foot Remedy
VICKS VAPO RUB..... INTERESTING
My Mother sent me this email you will read below about the healing effect of vicks on your feet. I was doubtful at first but I read up on it and it has some good information.
Message:
During a lecture on Essential Oils, they told us how the foot soles can absorb oils. Their example: Put garlic on your feet and within 20 minutes you can 'taste' it.
Some of us have used Vicks Vapo rub for years for everything from chapped lips to sore toes and many body parts in between. But I've never heard of this. And don't laugh, it works 100% of the time, although the scientists who discovered it aren't sure why. To stop night time coughing in a child (or adult as we found out personally), put Vicks Vapo rub generously on the bottom of the feet at bedtime, then cover with socks. Even persistent, heavy, deep coughing will stop in about 5 minutes and stay stopped for many, many hours of relief. Works 100% of the time and is more effective in children than even very strong prescription cough medicines. In addition it is extremely soothing and comforting and they will sleep soundly.
Just happened to tune in A.M. Radio and picked up this guy talking about why cough medicines in kids often do more harm than good, due to the chemical makeup of these strong drugs so, I listened. It was a surprise finding and found to be more effective than prescribed medicines for children at bedtime, in addition to have a soothing and calming effect on sick children who then went on to sleep soundly.
My wife tried it on herself when she had a very deep constant and persistent cough a few weeks ago and it worked 100%! She said that it felt like a warm blanket had enveloped her, coughing stopped in a few minutes and believe me, this was a deep, ( incredibly annoying!) every few seconds uncontrollable cough, and she slept cough-free for hours every night that she used it.
If you have grandchildren, pass this on. If you end up sick, try it yourself and you will be absolutely amazed at how it works.
DON'T SHUN THIS ONE.. TRY IT THE NEXT TIME YOU GET
A BAD COLD
After reading this I looked into a foot cleanse patch and actually purchased a pack at a local Walgreens. This patch helps clear your body of any unnatural chemicals. You are exposed to thousands of harsh toxins and nasty chemicals on a daily basis. They're in the food you eat, the air you breathe, and even the prescription pills you take to make yourself feel better. These toxins build up in the body and put pressure on your vital organs. They take away your energy and focus, cause you to get sick, contribute to cellulite and weight gain, make you sleep poorly, contribute to hair loss, cause diseases and too many other unattractive things to mention. In addition most Americans are adding more processed foods to their diets, and getting far less exercise than they need.
Keeping your body clear of toxins will help you live a longer, stronger and healthier life.
The lymphatic system plays a vital role in the body by regulating the immune system and getting rid of toxins. When the lymphatic system becomes blocked, lymphatic fluid builds up and stagnates causing the entire system to become toxic. The Cleanse Patch® helps extract lymphatic fluid from the body by clearing blockages. It also eliminates metabolic wastes and toxins from the body, transports nutrients to cells, and boosts your metabolism. All of this helps you reduce excess body fluids, lose weight, has a calming effect on the nervous system, relieve stress and tension. Frequent use of the Cleanse Patch® will improve the appearance of your skin, rejuvenate collagen fibers and slow the aging process.
One tip I have if you are going to use these patches. Make sure that you scrub your feet really well. Purchase a pumice stone or a rigid file and go to down on all the built up dead skin on the bottom of your feet. My routine it to wash my feet in a hot bath with epsom and sea salts and I scrub all the little cracks of dry skin away especially on the ball of my foot and arch between the sole and heel. I will have my feel in the salt water for a total of 30 minutes. Once I'm satisfied with my cleaning I will towel dry and wait 5 minutes then put the patch on. My theory is that since the skin is a little damp it will start absorbing quicker and easier. Then I will head to bed and when I wake up there is a mixer of toxins and chemicals that would scare a small child!
Since trying the foot detox I have no reason to doubt this Vicks Vapor rub cold remedy. I have not done it yet but once I start getting symptoms of a cold it will be the first thing I start to do. What I'm wondering is can this work with other oils? like peppermint or sandalwood that are suppose to be healing smells and oils cause if garlic works then what else can?. I will have to experiment to see how much and if it even will work! Hope this helps let me know!

Some Kidney Health Advice
In this past year I have suffered some kidney infections and urinary track infections that have lead me to be hospitalized. Two conditions in which are irritating and worse painful! Lately I feel tired and sluggish which were symptoms I had suffered in the beginning of this painful phase of my health. I have done some research on kidney health and found some good supplements from Whole Foods.
I ran into a gentlemen that was a nutritionist working at Whole Foods. He was very knowledgeable and surprisingly very eager in helping me. He has said that for years he has suffered from the same conditions UTIs and all he suggested a kidney and bladder supplement along with a dandelion root vitamin, which was shocking. How can dandelion do anything to help your kidney? but apparently it will clean the lining of your kidney and bladder expelling all the bad bacteria. So I'm going to give it a try because I don't want to go through that excruciating pain again. There was a more expensive UTI pill you can take but I'm going to work with what I got first and if I'm not getting any good results I will have to try it.
Also there is a kidney detox kit that you can do but it's 95$ I think it would be worth that much money if you had kidney stones that need passing but I'm not sure I'm that far along with my kidney problems to go through a miserable detox. Below is the information from energy Essentials.com
Winter - Adrenal/Kidney/Bladder Cleanse:
Kidneys are the filter to the body and can build toxic waste and become fossilized. Juices, tea and herbs utilized, critical to maintaining weight and protecting heart and liver.
Why This Detox?
• Do you have the urgency to urinate but little comes out?
• Do you have acne around your mouth, chin, and jaw?
• Do you have back pain?
• Do you have white strips on your nails?
• Do you have thumb ridges?
The Winter is time for Cleansing the Kidneys, Bladder and Adrenals
The kidneys are designed to filter acids and minerals out of the blood, but often get overloaded with a buildup of mineral gravel, stones, acid crystals and mineral plaque due to .toxic wastes. in the body (which is a leading cause of cancer). This sediment occurs from pounds of old fecal matter being reabsorbed into the blood stream, chemicals, insecticides, and preservatives which can build up over the years and not only turn your kidneys into rocks-but .petrified. rocks no less. This process can take over your whole kidney structure thus becoming fossilized. Popular, .acid. forming, high protein diets often help take off the weight but also can promote rapid fossilization of this organ. The time to start the powerful Kidney/Bladder/Adrenal Flush is NOW!!!
Please note that the same acid, calcium, and plaque that forms in the kidneys also lines the coronary and cerebral arteries (along with cholesterol) which causes heart attacks and strokes.
A Few Challenges Related to Kidney/Bladder/Adrenal Weakness:
• Diabetes
• Chronic Dry Tongue
• An inherited inability to absorb calcium properly or to excrete too much oxalic acid
• Dehydration
• Allergies and food sensitivities
• Obesity
• Inactivity
• A magnesium and potassium deficiency
I have all these symptoms of acne only on the chin and nails beds so as a last resort I will definatly invest in the detox. I'll keep an update on how I'm feeling but I pray that it will be better than this lethargic exhausted body I have right now!
